Background of Caribbean Elective:

Founded in 2017 by Co-Founders Sergio Fedee and Harry Spear, Caribbean Elective grew from very modest beginnings. Caribbean Elective works with a range of partners in the UK at all levels of the education system, including Schools, Colleges and Universities.

The programmes we create in the Caribbean stimulate real and lasting social and economic change across the region whilst providing life and career-changing experiences for our students.
